Biomass Plant Technician
A biomass plant technician works at a biomass plant and maintains the equipment. These technicians operate equipment such as boilers, generators, and gasification equipment. They are responsible for many other duties such as inspecting the equipment to ensure that they are functioning properly.
They spend a lot of time analyzing and repairing equipment, which makes the role a very physical and technical one. But their most important mission is to ensure the production of renewable energy is done so safely by monitoring and controlling the equipment.
To be a biomass technician a college degree is not necessary to have but, you must be mechanically skilled as an employee.

A biomass power plant produces electricity by burning natural materials such as wood, waste, and sewage or plants.
